company companions

Trusted advisors, trainers, coaches, entrepreneurs & companions

About us

You are critical of management consultants. At the same time, you instinctively sense that it can be useful to have an experienced, reliable and trustworthy external sparring partner with independent judgment at your side. A companion who doesn't say goodbye once the concepts have been drawn up, but who takes joint responsibility for the implementation of changes.

That's us, the company companions, with many years of experience, genuine curiosity, a sense of proportion for what is feasible, a clear view, independent judgment, a high degree of reliability, great sensitivity for the nuances and with self-developed, tried and tested, constantly renewed and bullshit-free methods.

Oh yes, we are an owner-managed management consultancy based in Hamburg.
