about us

You are critical of management consultants. At the same time, you instinctively feel that it can make sense to have an experienced, reliable and trustworthy external sparring partner with independent judgement at your side. A companion who doesn't say goodbye after the creation of concepts, but who takes joint responsibility for the implementation of the change initiated by you.

That's us, the company companions, with many years of experience, genuine curiosity, a sense of what is doable, a clear view, independent judgment, a high degree of reliability and sensitivity for the nuances, as well as self-developed and proved approaches and tools, that are constantly renewed, and that are free of bullshit.
